What a fluent reviewer will be asked to check

Does the page preserve the English source’s meaning without adding facts or stronger claims?

Would a fluent reader use these words, sentence shapes and levels of formality?

Book terminology
Are official translated titles, series names, formats and narrator credits copied from the cited edition—not translated afresh?

Interface clarity
Are buttons, menus, warnings and error messages brief, unambiguous and consistent?

Spoiler boundary
Does the translation reveal exactly the same amount as the English version, especially in summaries and disclosure controls?

Accessibility
Do link labels, headings, image descriptions and form instructions still make sense without nearby visual context?

Two-person boundary
How changes should be accepted
A fluent reviewer proposes or approves the language.
The editor checks factual claims, sources and spoiler scope.
A second check is sought for material changes or disputed regional wording.
The change log records the page, language, date and nature of the update.
Transparent credit
The reviewer chooses how—or whether—to be named
Named credit
Display name, reviewed language, broad contribution and review month. A personal website may be linked only by explicit request.
Initials or chosen name
A reviewer may use initials or a stable chosen public name without publishing a legal name.
Anonymous credit
The change can be recorded as “fluent volunteer review” with no public identifier.
No endorsement implied
Credit recognises a particular review; it does not imply responsibility for the whole site, future edits or commercial links.
Contributor rights and safeguards
Public credit is opt-in and can be corrected or removed on request.
Email addresses and private correspondence are never published as credit.
Substantial original contributions are not accepted under vague ownership terms; reuse permission must be clear.
No payment, free product or commercial relationship may be hidden.
Disagreement is documented respectfully; the editor remains responsible for the final published wording.
Reviewers should disclose close relationships with the author, publisher, retailer or production.
